Privacy

Your symptom answers stay in the browser tab.

The proof of concept is built so the website does not receive, store, or create an account around the health information you enter.

What the site does not do

What happens inside the tab

Your answers are held temporarily in the page’s working memory so the browser can generate your report. Copying, printing, or saving the report is an action you perform on your own device.

How to clear the record

Use “Delete this record,” “Start over,” or “Exit and clear.” Closing the tab also ends the in-memory session. The site does not provide a way to recover a cleared record.

Website hosting information

Like ordinary websites, a hosting provider may receive standard technical request information when the page itself is loaded, such as an IP address, browser type, and request time. The questionnaire answers are not included in those page requests.

External resources

The Resources and Research pages link to other organizations. Their websites have their own privacy practices. A link opens only when you choose it.

This privacy page describes the included V1 proof-of-concept code. It should be reviewed again whenever hosting, analytics, donation tools, forms, or other third-party services are added.
